Our products are marketed and put up for sale through our official sales network (e.g. Moto Parilla website) in order to ensure their integrity and the conformity with the CE requirements. In response to the increasing success of our products, we found out that sometimes they are put for sale outside our official sales network, where we don’t have any sort of trade relations bound by a contract and where we don’t have control about interventions on our products.
We would like to remind to our Clients that the warranty service can be legitimately activated when the product does not show signs of intervention of any sort by third-party and upon presentation of the proof of purchase or delivery and indication of the serial number/product code.
We invite the Clients to keep the seller order confirmation e-mail or the purchase invoice or the shipping document or any sort of document able to prove the purchase and delivery date.
